Digital Products

All products sold by TECHDIGITALE are digital crochet patterns and downloadable files. No physical products are shipped.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.

Because our products are digital downloads, refunds may be subject to applicable consumer protection laws and whether the digital product has been accessed or downloaded. Where permitted by applicable law, once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, the purchase may no longer be eligible for a refund.

Before purchasing, please make sure that your device and software are compatible with the file format provided.

Incorrect or Defective Files

If you receive an incorrect, corrupted, or defective digital file, please contact us at support@techdigitale.shop.

Please include your order number and a description of the issue. Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement file, refund, or another suitable solution.

Exchanges
